Acceptance
By using RS Performance Index you agree to these terms. This document is a draft pending final legal review.
Eligible accounts
Public registration is available for parents, athletes where appropriate, coaches, scouts and organisations. Administrator access is assigned internally and is never self-selectable.
Role verification
Sensitive roles, including scout and organisation accounts, are subject to verification. Unverified accounts do not gain access to restricted athlete information.
Acceptable use
Users must not attempt to access data outside their role, share credentials, or misuse athlete information. Misuse may result in suspension.
Testing data
Results are recorded in good faith by authorised testers. The platform does not guarantee the accuracy of self-reported results.
Liability
RS Performance Index is provided on an as-is basis. Performance data supports development and scouting decisions but does not predict rugby success.
