Current1. Acceptance
By accessing or using RS Performance Index you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
2. Eligible accounts
Registration is available for parents, athletes aged 18 and over, coaches, scouts and organisations. Administrator access is assigned internally and is never self-selectable. Minor athletes must be managed through a linked parent or guardian account and cannot create their own profiles.
3. Role verification
Sensitive roles, including scout and organisation accounts, are subject to verification. Unverified accounts do not gain access to restricted athlete information. We may refuse or revoke access at our discretion.
4. Memberships and testing services
Memberships and performance testing services are paid products provided by RS Performance Index Pty Ltd. Fees and billing information are displayed before purchase. Payments are processed through our payment provider. Cancellation requests may be submitted through the account at any time. The effective cancellation date, remaining access, and any lawful charge or refund are governed by the applicable agreement and South African consumer law.
5. Acceptable use
Users must not attempt to access data outside their role, share credentials, scrape or bulk-export athlete information, or misuse athlete information. Misuse may result in suspension or termination of access.
6. Testing data
Results are recorded in good faith by authorised testers. The platform does not guarantee the accuracy of self-reported results. Verified results are clearly distinguished from self-reported results.
7. Performance information
Performance scores are derived interpretations based on cohort percentiles. Original testing measurements remain the authoritative evidentiary record while lawfully retained, with corrections recorded through an audit trail rather than silently overwriting provenance. Performance data supports development and scouting decisions but does not predict rugby success.
8. Intellectual property
The platform, its design, methodology and content are owned by RS Performance Index Pty Ltd. User-generated content remains owned by the user, who grants us a licence to display it within the platform.
9. Liability
RS Performance Index is provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
11. Cancellations, rescheduling, refunds and no-shows
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable South African consumer law. Membership cancellation requests can be submitted through account settings at any time. Failed payments do not activate paid access. Testing rescheduling and cancellation conditions are disclosed before booking. Any cancellation or rescheduling charge must be reasonable and legally permissible in the circumstances. If RS Performance Index cancels a testing service, the customer will be offered an appropriate remedy in accordance with the applicable agreement and law.
