Scout access is not automatic. All scout accounts pass through verification before gaining access to discovery features. This protects athlete information and ensures only legitimate scouts can use the platform.

Accounts that cannot be verified do not gain scout access.
Junior athlete information is never publicly accessible. Scouting visibility for minors requires explicit guardian consent.
