About

Performance data that serves the athlete first

RS Performance Index exists to turn standardised rugby performance testing into structured, verified athlete profiles — supporting long-term development and responsible talent identification.

Why we exist

Rugby testing happens across schools, clubs and academies, but results are rarely captured consistently or kept over time. RS Performance Index brings that data into a single, verified athlete record.

The problem we solve

Fragmented testing makes development hard to track and talent hard to identify responsibly. A standardised, verified record gives athletes, coaches and authorised scouts a shared, trustworthy reference.

Who we serve

Athletes, parents, coaches, schools, clubs, academies and verified scouts — each with access appropriate to their role and the athlete's consent settings.

What we believe

Objective performance information

Decisions should be informed by standardised, verified testing data rather than opinion or anecdote.

Athlete development first

The primary purpose of testing is to help athletes understand and improve their own performance over time.

Responsible talent identification

Scouting access is role-based and verified, with safeguards for minor athletes and guardian consent.

Privacy by design

Athlete data is treated as sensitive. Visibility and consent controls are built into the platform, not added on.

How the platform works

Testing. Athletes complete standardised rugby performance assessments at organised testing sessions run by authorised testers.

Verification. Results are recorded with their testing method, tester and session, and clearly classified as verified or self-reported.

Development. Each result contributes to a longitudinal performance profile, letting athletes and coaches track progress across sessions and seasons.

Discovery. Verified scouts and organisations search and compare athletes using structured, consent-respecting performance information.
