Commitment
We treat athlete data as sensitive and apply role-based access, encryption in transit, and safeguards for minor athletes. This is a draft pending formal review under South African data protection law.
Role-based access
Access follows the principle of least privilege. Parents see their athletes, coaches see assigned teams, scouts see only permitted and consented information.
Minor athletes
Additional protections apply to minors, including guardian consent, restricted visibility and no public indexing of profiles.
Incident response
We will investigate and respond to suspected data incidents in line with applicable legal requirements.
