Request data deletion
You can request the deletion of your personal information, or information about a minor athlete you manage, at any time. Requests are processed in line with applicable South African data protection law.
What we can delete
Account details, biometric entries, consent records and profile visibility settings can be removed on request.
What may be retained
Certain records — such as completed testing results and financial records — may be retained where legally or operationally required. We will explain any retention in our response.
How requests are processed
Requests are routed securely to our administrators and tracked through the following statuses:

Your request has been received and logged.

Identity verification required
We confirm you are the account holder or authorised guardian.
- 3
Under review
We assess what can be deleted and what must be retained.
- 4
Approved
Deletion is approved and scheduled for processing.
- 5
Completed
Eligible personal information has been removed.
- 6
Rejected with lawful explanation
Where retention is legally required, we explain why.
