Overview
This policy describes how RS Performance Index collects, uses and protects athlete and account information. It is a draft and will be finalised following review for South African data protection compliance.
Information we hold
Account details, athlete performance profiles, testing results, consent records and limited organisation information. We do not store home addresses, medical information or private contact details on athlete profiles.
How we use information
To build and maintain verified athlete performance profiles, track development, enable role-based access, and support responsible talent identification.
Visibility and consent
Parents and guardians control visibility and consent for minor athletes. Scouting visibility requires appropriate consent. Profiles are not publicly indexed.
Data retention
Testing history is preserved to support longitudinal development. Account data is retained in line with this policy and may be deleted on request.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information subject to applicable law.
