What we record
Who gave consent, the athlete it applies to, date and time, consent type, and the applicable privacy policy and terms versions.
Consent types
Data processing consent, scouting visibility consent, and photography consent where applicable.
Withdrawal
Consent can be withdrawn. Withdrawal is recorded with a date and time and affects future access accordingly.
Minors
Consent for minor athletes is provided by a parent or guardian and managed through their account.
Audit
Administrators can view consent history for accountability.
