Consent is recorded as structured, auditable records — not a single checkbox.
2. What we record
Who gave consent, the athlete it applies to, the date and time, the consent type, and the applicable privacy policy and terms versions in effect at the time.
3. Consent types
Data processing consent, testing consent, scouting visibility consent, and photography consent where applicable.
4. How consent is given
Consent is given through explicit actions within the platform. For minor athletes, consent is provided by a parent or guardian and managed through their linked account.
5. Withdrawal
Consent can be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal is recorded with a date and time and affects future access accordingly. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.
6. Audit
Administrators can view consent history for accountability. Consent records form part of the platform's audit trail.
